THE WORKS is our ultimate package that takes the cake! We’ll handle all the details- from getting vendor paperwork to making sure your marriage license gets signed, sealed, and delivered! We’ll even clean up your belongings and load your car so you don’t have to miss a beat on the dance floor! We stay until the last vendor leaves and the lights go out!

This service includes:

• Four meetings (in person or virtual) before the event to get format/layout and develop a day-of timeline. One meeting will be a venue walk-through.

• One hour Rehearsal the week of your Big Day!

• The OWE Team will work with your vendors to:

  • Review vendor contracts and collect all documents needed for venue. (i.e. insurance, vendor agreements, etc.)

  • Submit a floorplan to the venue. (We use AllSeated!)

  • Contact all vendors prior to the event day- all communication will go through us the week leading up to your Big Day!

  • Issue each vendor a Day-Of timeline.

  • Coordinate all vendor arrival times and make sure everyone is in the right place at the right time.

  • Distribute remaining payments/tips to vendors after the ceremony/before the start of the reception.

• The OWE Team will oversee all event setup to ensure your vision comes to life as planned. (Decorating is an additional fee. $250/hour)

•  The OWE Team will direct all parties down the aisle (including ushers and officiants) cued with the selected music.

• The OWE Team will handle the following coordination:

  • Distribute all bouquets and pin boutonnieres if desired.

  • Assist with pre/post-ceremony photos with family and bridal party.

  • Keep all vendors on schedule with the Day-Of Timeline.

  • Place guest book, favors, exit items, etc. in selected area(s).

  • Collect cards/gifts and place them in designated car.

  • Gather all parties that are giving speeches, having special dances, etc. and make sure they are prepared, have microphones, etc.

  • Bustle dress; help with wardrobe changes.

  • Keep track of the marriage license; ensure it gets signed and mailed into the issuing office if requested.

• The OWE Team will be on-site until the last vendor is out to ensure all clean-up requirements are met.

• You will have unlimited access to the OWE team via email from the time your contract is signed!

• One assistant wedding coordinator from our OWE team for 4 hours on your Big Day!

• One professional wedding coordinator from our OWE team for 10 hours on your Big Day! (…and yes, we will have our Emergency Bag on deck- just in case!)

*Any travel over 30 miles (one way) will be charged mileage. ($0.65/mile) Any Travel 50+ miles will require hotel accommodations.
